Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced MSP environments where responsiveness, adaptability, and clear communication are essential. That work has included supporting Microsoft environments, Windows Server systems, identity and access platforms, endpoint management tools, networking fundamentals, security products, and day-to-day business technology operations.
In recent roles, I’ve served as a primary escalation resource for higher-impact technical issues, regularly stepping in when problems required deeper troubleshooting, stronger ownership, or clearer coordination between stakeholders. I’ve also focused heavily on reducing recurring problems through automation, documentation improvements, and more sustainable support processes.
